The Senator representing Edo North Senatorial District, Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole, has warmly congratulated His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, on his overwhelming victory at the All Progressives Congress presidential primary election and his emergence as the party’s flagbearer for the 2027 general elections.
In a congratulatory message personally signed by the former National Chairman of the APC, Oshiomhole described the President’s victory as a clear demonstration of the confidence and trust that members of the party and millions of Nigerians have continued to repose in his leadership.
According to him, the sheer enthusiasm displayed by party faithfuls across the country, who defied heavy downpour in some areas and scorching sun in others to participate actively in the nomination process, is a strong indication that Nigerians believe no one is more prepared and equipped than President Tinubu to continue the task of rebuilding the nation and strengthening discipline in the management of the country’s human and material resources.
The Senator stated that the massive support and excitement witnessed during the primary election would undoubtedly be replicated during the 2027 general elections when Nigerians would troop out in large numbers to re-elect the President in recognition of the remarkable progress recorded under his administration.
Oshiomhole further commended President Tinubu for what he described as exceptional and courageous leadership, noting that his administration has recorded landmark achievements that have positioned Nigeria on the path of economic growth, stability and national renewal.
“We believe strongly in your capacity to make Nigeria greater. Nigerians will continue to stand with you and support your reform agenda aimed at creating a stronger and more prosperous nation for all,” he said.
He prayed that Almighty God would continue to strengthen the President, grant him good health and wisdom as he continues to lead the nation toward greater progress and development.
