In a heartwarming gesture to mark the 2024 Eid el-Kabir celebrations, Senator Adams Oshiomhole has distributed 8,500 bags of rice and cash gifts to residents across the six local government areas of Edo North Senatorial District.
Speaking through his Legislative Aide, Adams Mumin, Senator Oshiomhole noted that the initiative reflects his desire to bring joy to families during the festive season. “This is part of Oshiomhole’s goodwill to celebrate with the Muslim faithful and all constituents during this important season,” he said.
Chief of Staff to the Senator, Victor Oshioke, described the initiative as a humanitarian effort that underscores the Senator’s unwavering commitment to the people’s welfare. Several beneficiaries praised the timely intervention, highlighting how the food and financial support would help ease the cost of celebration.
